Loipart more than halved its stress risk in six months
With one short shared training session every Monday morning and individual training during the week, Loipart more than halved its stress risk, from 14 to 5 per cent in six months. The improvement shows in an external health survey, not just in our own follow-up.

The starting point
Loipart wanted to strengthen recovery among its employees and lower a stress level that was too high. The starting position was measured in a health survey covering worry, recovery, sleep and stress, so that a change could be followed over time.
How we set it up
Every Monday morning Loipart runs a shared mental training session of around 15 minutes. During the week employees keep training on their own with recorded sessions from Mindworkout's programme. As a complement, a few live sessions and inspirational talks are spread across the year. The combination of a shared start and individual training is what makes the habit hold.
The result
After six months the stress risk had more than halved, from 14 to 5 per cent, and the health survey showed improvements in several areas: worry, recovery and sleep. The fact that the measurement was made by an external party, and not by us, makes the result easier to trust.
stress risk more than halved, confirmed by an external party
”Every Monday morning we do a mental training session of around 15 minutes together, and follow Mindworkout's programme with recorded sessions that we train with on our own during the week. That we as an employer show we care about our employees' mental health, and that they prioritise their own recovery, is what has made the initiative so successful. Mental health is decisive for sustainable performance and a sustainable workplace.”
