Structured programmes that build real skills over time
This is where you move from one-off initiatives to training that sticks. The programmes run in smaller groups, in Swedish and English, and are led by licensed psychologists, psychotherapists and experienced instructors. Theory alternates with practical training, and you measure the effect before and after so the development can be followed.
A talk sparks the interest. A programme changes everyday life. The difference lies in the repetition: short sessions that return week by week until new habits are in place, with support between the sessions and a measurement that shows what the training gave. We have three programmes to start from, and they can be run separately or combined into a longer effort for a team.
Mental fitness
The foundation programme for focus, recovery and sustainable performance. You start with workshops on the basics of mental training, then train one live session a week over three months via Zoom. Between the led sessions there are pre-recorded sessions to use whenever it suits. We train techniques for focus, sleep, stress management, memory and mindfulness, and after the programme there is the option of continued access to the mental gym.
For whom
Whole teams or departments that want to build a shared base of mental fitness.
Compassion
A programme in compassion focused therapy (CFT) and mindfulness-based self-compassion, with a strong emphasis on practical training. The format is eight half-days, as a live webinar or on site, complemented by videos, 30 minute mental training sessions live via Zoom each week and self-directed practice two to six times a week with pre-recorded exercises. Colleagues and leaders with a capacity for compassion contribute to psychological safety in the team, which is one of the strongest factors behind highly effective teams.
For whom
Teams and leaders who want to build a sustainable and attractive working culture, and care-related organisations where compassion is part of the profession.
Psychological safety
A structured programme built on Amy Edmondson's research and adapted for Swedish workplaces. It is recurring training in smaller groups where managers get concrete tools to use in everyday work: inviting dissent, treating mistakes as information and showing openness themselves. We measure the team's psychological safety before and after, so the effect of the work becomes visible.
For whom
Management teams and teams where collaboration, quality and the ability to innovate decide the result.
How the programmes are built
Four parts that recur in all of our programmes.
Course element
You get the fundamentals and the research behind them, so that the training rests on understanding.
Led live sessions
Short 30 minute sessions via Zoom or on site, led by an instructor in real time.
Self-directed practice
Pre-recorded sessions and exercises to use between the led sessions, at a pace that suits.
Measurement
Self-assessment before and after, so that you see the development and can decide on next steps based on real figures.
In Swedish and English
All programmes can be delivered in Swedish and English, which makes them easy to roll out in organisations with international teams or Nordic head offices.
Start small, measure, and let the result decide
Trollhättans Stad started with a pilot, measured before and after, and rolled the programme out more broadly once the figures held up. That is the model we recommend.
