We are not an ordinary gym. We are an easily accessible gym with both live and pre-recorded sessions that you can access via our app. Here you will find our full range – everything from inspirational lectures to our popular Mental Fitness program, which many employers offer their organization.

Inspirational Talk

How do you feel good and perform at the same time in a demanding everyday life? Welcome to Mindworkout's inspirational lecture and workshop where we learn how to influence our brain health.

Training: Psychological Safety

Psychological safety is a proven key to both high-performing teams and increased employee engagement. At Mindworkout, we use research-based methods that strengthen the team and culture.

Program: Mental Fitness

Duration: 3 months, approx. 30 min per week
Take care of your brain with mental training methods from elite sports, positive psychology, and cognitive neuroscience. We train focus, recovery, and sustainable performance in small groups.

Training: Self-Compassion

Working with self-compassion strengthens your resilience, reduces stress, and makes it easier to face people and challenges in both professional and private life.

Partnership for Community Engagement

Länsförsäkringar Göteborg och Bohuslän offers free training in collaboration with Mindworkout. This is an initiative for children and young people's mental health. Do good - inform your children's school teachers and sports club leaders.
