We are no ordinary gym. We are an accessible gym with both live and pre-recorded sessions accessible via our app. Here you will find our entire range - everything from inspirational lectures to our appreciated Mental Fitness program that many employers offer their organization.

Mental gym

Welcome to an unusual gym! Mindworkout is a gym for the brain. Train mentally, live via Zoom or with recorded sessions. Your brain will thank you! Choose the services that suit your mental gym.

Inspirational lecture

How do you feel good and at the same time perform in a pressured everyday life? Welcome to Mindworkout's inspirational lecture and workshop where we learn how we affect our brain health.

Education: Psychological safety

Psychological safety is a proven key to both high-performing teams and increased employee engagement. At Mindworkout, we use research-based methods that strengthen the group and the culture.

Program: Mental fitness

Duration: 3 months approx. 30 min per week
Take care of your brain with mental training methods from elite sports, positive psychology and cognitive neuroscience. We train focus, recovery and sustainable performance in small groups.

Training: Self-compassion

Working on self-compassion strengthens your resilience, reduces stress and makes it easier to face people and challenges in both professional and personal life.

Partnerships for community engagement

Länsförsäkringar Göteborg och Bohuslän offers free training in collaboration with Mindworkout. It is an initiative for the mental health of children and young people. Do good - tell your children's school teachers and sports club leaders.
