Creating super teams is something I'm truly passionate about! Last Friday, the Environmental Office at Trollhättan City took its first steps on an exciting journey, with a kickoff focused on psychological safety, led by the fantastic Caroline Spännar from Mindworkout. I feel incredibly grateful to grow and develop alongside this wonderful team ♥️ The journey has just begun, and we have so much exciting and fun to look forward to!

A psychologically safe environment is THE PRIMARY success factor for high-performing teams, according to scientific studies. It is also an excellent way to achieve a higher Employee Index. Simply put, it's hard to find anything better to invest in than psychological safety!

How Mindworkout helps its clients increase psychological safety

-We start with an initial measurement of Psychological Safety, using a simple yet well-established web-based assessment that is scientifically designed. By measuring the current situation, we get a clear picture of the needs. This allows us to track development over time by comparing it with the results of a new measurement taken at the end of the initiative.

-Kickoff with training, motivating and insight-generating exercises, discussions on psychological safety with scientific references, the 7 criteria, tools, and effects. Now the target group knows what psychological safety is and why it's important – this motivation is crucial for making the necessary changes in behavior and mindset.

-Then it's time to move from words to action with the help of CultureLoops, where participants practice tools and mindsets they have set as goals for their daily lives. They meet in small groups to reflect, discuss, and set new goals. All according to a clear methodology and with several CultureLoops continuously following a schedule. Small steps at a time, but consistently over a longer period, yield results.

-We meet again as a full group for a 'Lessons Learned' session for inspiring exchange of experiences.

-Short training sessions with in-depth learning, practice, and reflection on the 5 competence areas and associated tools and behaviors.

– The organization develops a Social Contract and refines core processes to contribute to psychological safety.

-Measurement again after approximately 12 months.
