Mindworkout led an inspirational lecture on the brain and mental fitness for LumenRadio staff.
During the session, the importance of mental recovery was discussed - something that one participant described as a "mental sauna", a feeling of calm, relaxation and replenishment, much like after a hot sauna.
The creative and engaged leadership team explored the topic of "The brain and mental training" and reflected on how mental recovery is necessary for sustainable performance, especially in stressful times.
One participant, Lisette Stål, highlighted the importance of balancing daily performance with mental health and psychological safety:
"It is a crucial ingredient in today's working life. As leaders, we need to practice and integrate this into the way we lead. Your point about how stress affects not only ourselves but also our team members is spot on. Working on our own wellbeing is crucial, not only to become better leaders but also to support and empower our teams."
