Today, mental health is more important than ever. However, in a world not fully designed for how our brains work, maintaining mental balance can be a challenge. That’s why it’s essential to understand and train our mental fitness, just as we do with physical fitness.
I had the pleasure of giving a talk The brain & Mental fitness to all the staff at Nouryon at Berget during their Safety Day, where we explored how to take care of our brain to feel good and perform at our best. We also tried out practical mental tools together, and I was truly inspired by the incredible engagement and warm reception!
